License

Version 1.0, effective 15 September 2026.

The short version. You bought a file to print and use in your own home. Print it as often as you like, for as long as you like. Do not send the file to anyone else, do not sell it, and do not use it to make money unless you bought a commercial license.

What every purchase includes

When you buy or download any Nook and Page product you get a personal use license. It is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and it does not expire. It lets you:

• Print the product as many times as you want, for your own household
• Print at home, at a copy shop, or through an online printing service, for your own use
• Write on it, fill it in, laminate it, cut it up, stick it on the fridge
• Personalize any editable product with your own family's names and details
• Keep using it forever, on every device in your home

One purchase covers one household.

What the personal license does not allow

You may not:

• Share, send, email, text or upload the file to anyone outside your household
• Post it anywhere other people can download it, including Facebook groups, Google Drive, Dropbox, a school portal, a church website or any file sharing site
• Sell the file, or sell copies you printed
• Edit, recolor, crop or combine it with other work and then sell or share the result
• Claim it as your own work, or include it in a course, membership, subscription or bundle you sell
• Use it in a business, classroom, daycare, clinic, waiting room or anywhere the public sees it, unless you bought a commercial or classroom license
• Use it with print on demand, including mugs, shirts, notebooks, wall art or any other physical product built on a Nook and Page file
• Use it to train, fine-tune or generate output from any artificial intelligence system

Teachers and classrooms

Products sold with a single classroom license say so on the product page. That license covers one teacher and the students in that teacher's own classroom, for as long as they teach.

It covers printing for your students and sending copies home with your students. It does not cover sharing with other teachers, a grade-level team, a whole school, a district, or posting anywhere students outside your class can reach it. Each additional teacher needs their own copy. For school and district licenses, email hello@nookandpage.com.

Commercial license

Some products are offered with a commercial license as a separate, higher-priced purchase. Where it is offered, it adds the right to:

• Print physical copies and give them to your own customers, clients, patients or guests, free of charge, inside your own business
• Print and sell physical copies that you print yourself, up to 500 copies of each product per year
• Use the printed product inside your own business's materials and spaces

A commercial license never allows you to resell, share or upload the digital file, use it with print on demand, or sell it as a digital product. One commercial license covers one business at one location unless the product page says otherwise.

Who owns what

Nook and Page owns the copyright in every product, including products sold with a commercial license. You are buying a license to use the work. You are not buying the work.

Fonts

Our products are set in typefaces licensed under the SIL Open Font License. That license covers the fonts as they appear inside our products. It does not give you a license to use those fonts in your own separate work. They are free, so download them yourself from Google Fonts if you want them.

Editable products

Products delivered as a Google Sheet, a Notion template or an editable PDF may be copied to your own account and personalized. Your copy is still covered by this license. You may not share your copy, publish it, or sell it as a template.

If this license is broken

The license ends immediately and you must stop using the product and delete every copy of the file. That does not limit any other remedy available to us.
