The short version. Digital downloads are non-refundable, because you get the file instantly. If something is wrong with the file, we fix it or refund it, every time.
Because a download is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind, an accidental purchase, or deciding after the fact that you do not need it.
Email hello@nookandpage.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and tell us what went wrong. We will fix it or refund it.
Digital downloads are non-refundable. By completing your purchase you confirm that you understand this.
You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By buying and downloading immediately, you are asking for immediate delivery and you acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once the download begins. Our checkout asks you to confirm this before payment.
Please email us before opening a dispute with your bank. Nearly everything is fixable in an hour. If a purchase is refunded, your license to use that product ends and you must delete the files.
