Terms of sale

Version 1.0, effective 15 September 2026.

The short version. Everything here is a digital file you download and print yourself. Nothing ships. Prices are in US dollars. Our responsibility is limited to what you paid.

  1. Who you are buying from. Nook and Page is a sole proprietorship based in Tampa, Florida, USA. Contact: hello@nookandpage.com.
  2. What you are buying. Every Nook and Page product is a digital download. Nothing physical is shipped to you. You print it yourself or have it printed.
  3. Delivery. Your download is available immediately after payment, on the confirmation page and in a confirmation email. If a link does not work, email us within 30 days and we will send it again.
  4. What you need. A device that opens PDF files and a printer, or a print shop. A few products are delivered as a Google Sheet or a Notion template and need a free Google or Notion account. The product page says so before you buy.
  5. Printing and color. Color varies between screens, printers, inks and papers, and we cannot guarantee your printed copy matches what you saw on screen. Every product is designed to stay readable printed in black and white.
  6. Paper sizes. Products include both US Letter and A4 unless the product page says otherwise.
  7. Prices and tax. All prices are in US dollars. Tax is added where the law requires it. EU and UK VAT is calculated, collected and remitted by our checkout provider.
  8. Refunds. Digital downloads are non-refundable. Our full refund policy is part of these terms.
  9. Updates and changes. We improve products over time. You can re-download from your original link for at least 12 months after purchase. Prices change without notice and we do not adjust prices retroactively.
  10. How you may use what you buy. Your use of every product is governed by our license, which is part of these terms.
  11. Not professional advice. Our budget trackers, meal planners, routine charts and similar products are organizing tools. They are not financial, medical, educational, nutritional or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for a professional.
  12. Limitation of liability. Products are provided as is. To the fullest extent Florida law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from a product or from these terms is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
  13. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
  14. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here with its effective date, and it applies to purchases made after that date.
