Version 1.0, effective 8 October 2026.
The short version. We are one person in Tampa selling printable files. We do not sell your information to anyone, we do not advertise to you across the internet, and we never see your card number. We know your email address if you bought something or asked for the free printables, and we count visits to this site. That is close to all of it.
Nook and Page is a sole proprietorship based in Tampa, Florida, USA. For anything in this policy, write to hello@nookandpage.com.
There is nothing to log in to here and no form to fill in. The only thing that watches you is Google Analytics, which tells us how many people came, which pages they read and roughly where in the world they were. It sets cookies in your browser (_ga and one starting _ga_) and records your device, your browser, the pages you open, how long you stay and the site you arrived from. Google derives an approximate location from your IP address and does not store the address itself.
We use this to decide which products to make next. It is not tied to your name, and we never try to work out who an individual visitor is.
If you would rather not be counted, you can block cookies in your browser, use private browsing, or install Google's opt-out add-on. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.
We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting tags or any social network's tracking script on this site.
Checkout does not happen here. Every buy button sends you to Payhip, who run the shop and the checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe or PayPal. Your card number goes to them and never reaches us. We could not see it if we wanted to.
What we receive about a purchase is your name, your email address, your country, what you bought and what you paid. We use it to deliver the file, to answer you if something goes wrong, and to keep the sales records tax law requires.
If you bought on Etsy instead, Etsy runs that checkout and Etsy's own privacy policy governs it. We receive your name, your order and the information Etsy passes to sellers.
Our mailing list runs on Kit. It holds your email address, and your first name if you gave one. You are on it only if you bought something and opted in at checkout, or asked us to send you the free printables.
Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click, no questions, and we do not email you again. You can also just reply and ask.
We do not share the list, rent it, or let anyone else email you through it.
Mail sent to hello@nookandpage.com arrives through Namecheap Private Email and is read in Gmail. We keep correspondence as long as it is useful for supporting you, and then delete it.
A few products are a Google Sheet you copy into your own Google Drive. That copy is yours. We cannot see it, we cannot see what you type in it, and we are not told that you made it. Google's terms apply to your copy, the same as any other file in your Drive.
Only the companies that make the shop work, and only for that purpose:
Each of them publishes its own privacy policy. We have no other arrangements, and we have never sold or rented personal information to anyone. We never will.
We would hand over information if a court or the law required it, and we would tell you unless we were forbidden to.
In the United States. If you are writing from the EU, the UK or anywhere else, your information is transferred to and processed in the US by the companies listed above, each under its own published safeguards for international transfers.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable file. You can tell us to stop emailing you. You can object to what we do with your information, or withdraw consent you gave earlier.
Email hello@nookandpage.com and say what you want. We will answer within 30 days. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
If you are in California: we do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, under any definition in the CCPA. You have the rights above and the right not to be discriminated against for using them.
If you are in the EU or the UK: we rely on your consent for the mailing list, on performing our contract with you for anything needed to deliver a purchase, and on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used for analytics. You may complain to your national data protection authority, and in the UK to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Our products are for parents to buy and children to use. The buying is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13, or under 16 in the EU and the UK. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
The site is served over HTTPS. The companies above hold the information they process on our behalf and each maintains its own security. We keep very little ourselves: an email list and a record of orders. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.
If we change what we do, we will change this page and move the effective date. The current version is always the one posted here. If a change materially affects people on the mailing list, we will say so in an email.
